Terms of Service
Last updated 09 Oct 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Qpay Licences ("we", "us", "our") for the use of Qpay Licences and the licences you buy here for Qpay Self-Hosted ("the software"). By creating an account or buying a licence you accept these Terms.
1. Licence
When you buy a plan we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of domains your plan allows. Each subdomain counts as a domain. You may use the software for your own business or, where your plan permits, for your clients. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicence the software or your licence key, except through our official affiliate or reseller terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details and licence keys secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.
3. Plans, updates and expiry
- Monthly and yearly plans give you updates and support while the licence is active. If you do not renew, your installed site and its data keep working, but new payments and software updates pause until you renew.
- Lifetime plans never expire and keep working after the included update period ends; further updates may require a renewal.
- Your plan's payment and domain limits are shown on the plan at the time of purchase.
4. Payment
Prices are shown on the plans page and are payable in advance through our payment provider. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. Recurring plans renew at the renewal price shown; you can cancel a renewal from your account before it is due.
5. Refunds
Because the software is delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately, licence fees are generally non-refundable once a key has been issued or activated, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or where we agree otherwise in writing. If the software does not work as described and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.
6. Your responsibilities with the software
The software runs on your own server and connects to your own bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank accounts. You are responsible for: your hosting and its security; keeping the software updated; complying with the rules of the payment providers and mobile-wallet operators you use; and all the payments, customers and data on your installation. We are not a party to, and do not process, the payments between you and your own customers.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the software or the site for anything unlawful, for fraud or money laundering, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to break, resell or copy the software's protection or source code. We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used in breach of these Terms, is charged back, or is obtained by fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The software, this site and their content are owned by Qpay Licences and its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.
9. Affiliate program
If you join the affiliate program, commissions are earned and paid under the rates, holding period and minimum payout shown in your affiliate dashboard. We may withhold or void commissions from cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or self-referred orders.
10. Warranty and liability
The software and site are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your hosting, your payment providers, or your own customers.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the software and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, the rights granted to you end, but clauses that by their nature should survive (such as payment, intellectual property and liability) continue.
12. Changes to the service and Terms
We may improve, change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
14. Contact
Use the contact details on our site for any questions about these Terms.
